Buena Park, CA at a Glance
Buena Park is positioned between three major California
freeways and in a prime location to access three major airports. Given this enviable
geography, it is perhaps not surprising that Buena Park has become a popular tourist
destination and an entertainment mecca. Buena Park is the home of the boysenberry,
which was created when Rudolph Boysen grafted blackberry, red raspberry and loganberry
together. The creation began at Knott's
Berry Farm, which has become a world famous theme park and includes Knott's
Soak City and Knott's
California MarketPlace. The
Movieland Wax Museum and Ripley's
Believe it or Not Museum are both located in the city and amaze millions of
visitors each year. The Ralph
B. Clark Regional Park gives visitors access to a prehistoric fossil site
and a 6,000 sq ft (557 sq m) museum.With world-class attractions, a number of
hotels and motels and easy access to the rest of California, Buena Park is an
ideal destination for travelers of all stripes.
